Supervising and Quality Control

To ensure quality performance and accountability, our security staff is subject to close supervision. One method of quality control is unannounced site checks or inspections by supervisory personnel. In addition, documentation of security staff duties and activities by way of activity logs
is required. Also, any unusual or emergency situations are documented through the use of incident reports. We believe that an alert and accountable security staff is necessary for protecting property; preventing crime, and providing maximum benefit for the client.

Evaluation is an integral part of the quality control process, and we require ongoing training when deemed necessary for continued quality performance. Also, a representative from Proguard's management staff will meet periodically with all clients to review security concerns and staff performance. Being responsive ensures that our clients get the quality security service that they deserve.

Proguard's management staff works hard to keep abreast of the latest crime and security trends and developments, as well as the most advanced security management techniques.
In addition, Proguard enjoys a very positive working relationship with many law enforcement agencies.
